Jiego Miguel Reyes, better known as “Jiego with a J,” is a dynamic and engaging Master of Ceremonies who brings energy, professionalism, and authenticity to every event. Fluent in both Tagalog/Filipino and English, he effortlessly connects with diverse audiences, ensuring a lively and inclusive atmosphere. Whether hosting corporate functions, weddings, or television programs, Jiego’s natural charm and stage presence make each occasion memorable and impactful.
With a degree in Medical Technology, Jiego’s path to hosting was anything but conventional. His passion for public speaking first emerged through teaching, where he discovered the joy of engaging an audience. This passion eventually led him to the broadcasting industry, opening doors to opportunities that would shape his career. In 2021, he became the host of Siyensikat, a travel and science documentary series in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology. The transition into hosting presented challenges, but it also affirmed his love for storytelling and audience engagement.

Building on this experience, Jiego expanded his presence in the media industry. By 2023, he was hosting CNN 10 Philippines, further refining his skills in communication and live presentation. He also became the host of Cooltura, a travel documentary series on IBC 13 that highlights the rich culture, cuisine, and unique experiences across the Philippines. His work in television has allowed him to bridge cultures, spark curiosity, and showcase the beauty of Filipino heritage to a broader audience.
Beyond television, Jiego has established himself as a sought-after host for various live events, including corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and special occasions. His adaptability and ability to engage different crowds make him a trusted choice for both formal and festive events. In addition to hosting, he has also made his mark as a voice-over talent, securing his first commercial project with RCBC Diskartech in 2022. His versatility across multiple platforms has cemented his reputation as a well-rounded entertainer.
